		<description><![CDATA[Thanks Valerie! Sadly, I don&#039;t think there is nearly as much buzz in the mainstream shelter community in Canada as there is in the USA. Of course, it really does depend on the shelter management (board and senior staff). But in most of our largest cities, such at Montreal and Ottawa, not nearly enough is happening. But Nova Scotia and some other groups are proving No Kill can work in Canada, too!]]></description>
